Moxa is a traditional method where heat is used to warm the acupuncture points. The heat comes from burning a dried and processed medicinal plant called mugwort. Moxa is used to strengthen and nourish the body and speed healing.

Cupping is a technique that uses small glass jars to create suction on areas of the body. This suction brings blood flow and movement to the problem area and is remarkable in the treatment of pain and muscular tension.

Flower essence therapy works to effect deep change on an emotional level. The therapy itself uses extremely dilute traces of flowers in water that are taken internally or applied on an acupuncture point.
